HOW TO STORE ‘RESTORE’ QUINOA
1) Keep ‘un-opened’ Restore Quinoa in a dark, cool and dry place.
2) After opening keep quinoa in an airtight container in refrigerator.
3) After cooking Quinoa, it can be kept in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
4) If cooking together with rice it must be eaten same day as it will sour within 24 hours.

HOW TO PREPARE QUINOA
There is a natural ‘protective’ oil on quinoa seeds. This oil must be removed by rinsing well before cooking or the quinoa may taste bitter.
For best results, mix 1 part quinoa and 2 parts water/broth.
Quinoa can be easily cooked just like rice in a rice cooker. pressure cooker or on stove top.
If cooking in a pressure cooker, cook for 8 minutes.
When cooking on stove top, bring water to boil, add quinoa, cover and lower heat to "low". Allow to cook on low heat for 15 minutes, and wait 5 minutes before removing top. Fluff with fork and serve.
