Strawberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie

- 4 to 6 Strawberries
- 1 medium-size Banana
- 1 cup of Greek Yogurt
- Honey (to taste)
- Optional but highly recommended:
- 1 tablespoon of Almond Soy Milk
- 1 teaspoon of RESTORE Microsliced Chia Seeds
- Peel and place banana, strawberry and greek yogurt into blender.
- Add honey and other preferred ingredients.
- Add one cup of water.
- Blend for 30 seconds and serve.
