Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) will be charged at a rate of 15% of the total amount of purchase.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or Whatsapp message once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after we send it.

 

 

Damages

If products are damaged or lost during shipping it is customer responsibility to contact us by whatsapp or email and customer will be instructed how to file a claim. www.restoremalaysia.com will make all best efforts to resolve all claims on a case by case basis.  Final decisions regarding replacement of product is the sole responsibility of www.restoremalaysia.com.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

 

International Shipping Policy 

We currently do not ship outside Malaysia.
